FRE - SAEME, a subsidiary of Danone, is looking for Innovation Controller EVW France (FR)RUNGIS

We are looking for an Innovation Controller.

The position is based in Rungis.

 

Key figures :

Volumes EVW : 3 700ml

Net Sales EVW: 1 400 m€

Innovations % of Net Sales : 20%

 

Context : 

You will be part of innovation controlling team; you will have to lead the different project team on the financial part.

Your mission is to make sure that financial KPI are respected on each project and for that you use creativity and initiative.

In the meantime, as a financial business partner of EVW Central controlling team, you have a great part to play in innovation planning and reporting.

 

Main responsibilities:

-  You contribute to the construction of business model on inno/reno project over the 4 EVW brands. To succeed you work in close collaboration with industrial and marketing teams.

-  You represent finance at Volvic and Sparkling Boc. You use this opportunity to communicate on brand performance, and to fully understand operational and market challenges of the brands

-  You have in charge, Volvic and sparkling brands : you should be able to explain their innovation strategy, to understand their growth lever, to make sure that those strategies are reflected in the different rolling forecast.

-  You are responsible for the EVW brand monthly reporting

 

This position ensures a strong implication in EVW, enables to develop a transversal management with marketing and industrial team, and exposition to the AU and CDU.

 

Profile : 

- Master Grade Diploma from Engineer School or Business School (Finance Major), with an experience in controlling

- Business oriented

- Interest for transversal animation and ability to constructively challenge in order to push for continuous improvement.

- Ability to alternate with agility detailed and rigorous analysis with higher level reasoning and helicopter vision using business sense.

- Communication skills (written and verbal): ability to share conclusions in a clear and simple way without falling into simplistic approaches.

- Team management oriented

- At ease with IT systems (Excel / Essbase/SAP)
