Are you seeking a Human Resources Internship that will provide you with the opportunity to lead projects in an open, dynamic environment?  Do you want to be empowered to improve or create methods/processes while working closely with our Leadership Team?  If yes, then Stonyfield has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources student to gain invaluable experience as an intern in our Londonderry, NH plant.

 

The dates for this internship are expected to be May 2017 to July 2017.

 

Our intern will have the opportunity to assist in Human Resources with intent of improving employee engagement, recruitment methods, and/or processes & policies.  Projects may include:

 

·  Internal Communications & Events
·  Assist the HR team on executing internal communications programs to ensure employees are aware of company results, initiatives, and opportunities
·  Support employee groups focused on "walking the talk" of the Stonyfield Mission
·  HR Integration with Danone North America
·  Analyze opportunities to standardize HR policies, procedures, and employee perks across Danone's North America businesses
·  Develop project plans to implement standardization, including strong communication to managers and employees
·  Recruiting Methods and Strategies
·  Assist HR team on new and innovative ways to attract talent
·  Create onboarding opportunities to improve the new hire experience

 

The ideal candidate will be/possess:

·  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related program
·  Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
·  The ability to communicate and work with diverse and inclusive population
·  Demonstrated ability to lead projects
