We are looking for a "Global Health & Safety Administrator".

Objectives =>

1. Be the business owner of the Danone Safety Reporting Systems (AIRSWEB, Audit management, DanDoc)

2. Ensure / Finalize the implementation of AIRSWEB in all Danone Regions

3. Analyse Safety Performance through KPIS, supporting the creation of action plan & development of the WISE program and Animate safety community

Missions =>

- System Administration of AIRSWEB (Danone Safety Management System)

·  Design & improvement of the system (Collect / Prioritize enhancements request, development of specifications with BTHR (IS), Coordination with AIRSWEB, Test, Communication & training)
·  Corrective Maintenance of the system: Coordinate support process for bugs in collaboration with BTHR (IS), support BTHR in testing of resolution when necessary & communication to users
·  Coordinate Airsweb deployment in CBUs who have not been part of WISE 2.0 project Build positive relations with service providers (Airsweb)
·  Train, support & coach Key Users at CBU Level
·  Maintain User guide and documentation up-to-date
·  Administration of the system (Business): Update list of values, translations, notifications rules, etc.

- Masterdata Management

·  Manage change around master data changes (re-organisation / acquisition / decommissioning)
·  Update Masterdata in case of
·  Permission and historical Data
·  Communication
·  Design & Maintenance of the Mastermind Interface
·  Be a member of the Mastermind Gouvernance

- Animate Safety Community around Safety Analytics

·  Support & Animate safety event (Accidents, incidents) process : reporting-> Investigation -> action plan
·  Develop Dashboard and Analytics to support WISE² Program worldwide
·  Liaise with HR analytics team (Monthly safety reporting, Social reporting, Annual Closing, Quality reviews and CAC Audits)
·  Provide data analysis & functional support (Near miss reporting, Accident investigation, Action tracking, … ) to WBU / Region / CBU Safety Managers
·  Promote the sharing of best practices and learnings through the modules Event Tracking & Knowledge Management
·  Manage and coordinate Wise² referential and information repository (Wise Audit Management system, Wise² Worldwide DanDoc
·  Support organization of Danone level trainings (Advanced auditors, regional campuses)

Responsibility & Key Dimensions =>

- Direct support/ contact of 5 WBU and 5 Regions H&S management

- Global animation & support role of Safety community : 1000 p

- 1 global worldwide Information System (Airsweb) : 15 000 users (employee, mgrs, Safety)

- 2 Safety Databases (Audit Management / DanDoc) : 1000 users

- Monitoring of Danone 1000 recordable Incident / Year

Main Relationships =>

- WBU and region Safety Officers

- CBU/Site Safety Coordinators

- HR analytics

- BTHR (IS) team

- Services Providers (Airsweb, ERM)

Education/Professional Qualification =>

- A recognized degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Knowledge of manufacturing or consumer industries in a fast moving consumer goods environment.

Your profile =>

- Have significant safety management experiences in a manufacturing environment or any other industries with high safety standards.

- Management of Information System or Database could be a plus

- Minimum 3 years of experience.

Skills =>

- Taste for and solid analytical skills through (data analysis & interpretation, KPIs Monitoring and critical analysis supporting decision making, Excel Literacy)

- Understanding of Informations systems

- Abilities to work in pluridisciplinary and international team

- Strong knowledge & commitment to Danone WISE² safety program

- Sense of Service and support of Danoners worldwide

- Pedagogical, coaching and training skills

- Motivation for Safety and for the Job

- Fluent spoken and written English & French
