Demand Planner

Demand Planner
(Fulltime, Location: Prague) 

Execute demand planning activities in order to secure the short-term availability of finished goods complying with the company’s service standards, sales plans, allocation policies and S&OP process. Furthermore, you are responsible for evaluating the short- term demand based on sales, marketing input and historical data.

As Demand Planner you are responsible for:  

Demand Planning

·  Develop a short-term forecast at the SKU level
·  forecast baseline on short term
·  enrich baseline on short term with events on markets or products based on inputs from marketing, sales, customer service, and customers
·  Animate the demand planning process on short term
·  Help in forecast process development and improvement

APO Key User
Responsible for supporting SAP APO system. Performs initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements. Contact person too internal IS support team.  

Reporting
Provide daily, weekly delivery, order, OOS with reasons, CSL reports and measure and manage the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy (weekly forecast accuracy and pipeline accuracy figures).

Cooperation inside
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing. Collaborate on day-to-day business requirements with finished product and RP Planners, Planning Manager, Marketing, Sales to achieve the sales and inventory plans.

Cooperation outside
Work on customer collaboration, joint demand planning with Key Accounts.

We are looking for a Demand Planner with the following profile:

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

·  Relevant Bachelor or Master degree with 0 – 2 years’ experience (internships and traineeships included)
·  Strong knowledge of Excel
·  SAP R3 or APO knowledge is an advantage 
·  Fluently in English and Czech
