Context

The Danone IS/IT Worldwide Organisation (DANIS) is looking for a Digital Business Analyst CMS and DAM based in France (Saint-Ouen-93).

This position is part of the DANIS Digital organisation part of the Global IS/IT Competency Center. This department is in charge to develop and support Digital platforms for all functions including Marketing, communication, collaboration. The DANIS Digital Organisation is working in close collaboration with Business stakeholder, others IS/IT Danone departments (global/local) and external partners . This department is operating on a Worldwide perimeter

The Digital Business Analyst DAM &CMS will work closely with the all marketing department of the company global and local. She/He will be in charge to ensure development, implementation and sustainability of sets of applications as enablers for business performance over his/her IS domain on a large geographical.

Objectives of the role

The position is integrated in the "Front End Management" Team. This team is composed by 10 persons and is in charge to develop and support Web Sites and Digital Asset Management on several technologies.

The BusinessAnalyst will be in charge

 to develop our Expertise on the Adode Experience Manager solution (sites and assets)

 to deploy the solution on Sites and Assets

 To ensure the correct usage of the solution

 to contribute to the support of Marketing and communication web sites

Key responsibilities

- Ensure a high level quality in delivery for the AEM solution by animating AEM ecosystem (Adobe, offshore technical team)

- Ensure Core Model evolution, bring news usages and services

- Contribute to deploy the solution across Danone entities

- Maintain and Share knowledge

- Animate transversal Virtual Team AEM DanIS (functional, Development, Infrastructure)

- Support the Stream leader on roadmap construction

Targeted profile

The position needs to

 have a first experience on IS/ITManagement,

 demonstrate IS/IT Skills

 Know Agile project methodology

 Have knowledge on digital domain (CMS, DAM/ PIM)

An ADOBE knowledge will be really appreciated

The person needs also to demonstrate some managerial skills : Leadership and transversal animation, Autonomy and team spirit, Communication and innovative mindset.

The person should be mobile for travel and Fluent in English
