DAN'IS - IS Analyst Demand & Supply Planning

DANONE's IS/IT (Dan'IS) organization is looking for a new Information Systems Analyst in Business Transformation Operations team, based in St Ouen (near Paris).

The team Demand & Supply Planning is part of the Dan'IS Operations team (Danone Information Systems ).

The mission of the team is to deploy & support the standard tools of Group DANONE that cover the processes of Demand Planning (Forecasting), Supply Planning (Production Planning & Scheduling, Distribution & Deployment) and S&OP, in compliance with Supply Chain business requirements & constraints.

 

The Demand & Supply Planning team is looking for an IS Analyst, in charge of the evolutions and developments of the domain, by deploying and supporting standard Dan'IS solutions: APO, Domino, PPDS+...

The position is based in Saint-Ouen (Paris).

 

Objectives of the role:

 

You will need to have both the understanding of business needs & translation into system solutions. You will be in contact with business people, as well as Dan'IS people from other domains.

 

On your specific perimeter, your responsibilities will be:

 

Tool Referent for Domino (worldwide application for stocks deployment in WBU Dairy)

• Contribute to new projects and/or lead them on the Dan'IS part

• Make sure the tool is in line with standard processes (Danone Operating Models) and the CBU needs, in terms of system evolutions as well as quick problem solving in case of crisis.

• Be warrantor of the core model: help to take decisions on gaps & evolution requests

• Propose improvement actions

• Ensure the right level of service & cost from the suppliers involved in the process

• Maintain up to date documentation on the systems.

 

Business Coordinator for Dairy WBU

• Be the key contact for the business & referent inside Demand & Supply Planning team

• Be part and co-animate the business communities, with CBUs & WBUs Planning teams

• Have a good knowledge of the core processes inside the Dairy CBUs

• Help to develop & sustain the core model of Dan’IS tools (APO, Domino, PPDS+, Quintiq...)

• Help to build the vision & the applications roadmaps

 

Functional and technical skills needed:

 
- 3 to 5 years' experience
- Knowledge in process of Supply Chain Planning
- IS background / Good knowledge of SAP-APO-ECC modules

In addition you demonstrate following personal abilities :

- Fluent English (French is a plus)
- Ability to work in international environment
- Good relationship skills: customer oriented, team spirit
- Leadership in transversal situations, non-hierarchical management skills
- Ability to manage complexity, make deep analysis, and to deliver.
- Ability to manage projects by respecting planning and budget
- You are curious, creative, and open minded to meet people
