The fresh Dairy and Plant-Based division of Group Danone Australia is Danone Murray Goulburn, with our head office located in St Kilda, near Albert Park and conveniently across from St Kilda junction.

About the role:

Key purpose: Processing retailer purchase orders, communicating pertinent information with retailers, transport & warehouse team, provide daily reports to supply chain team and wider business, ownership of customer claims process.

Areas of accountability

·  Sales order processing
·  Stock allocation
·  Customer service management: answer customer queries, respond to customer emails
·  Draft daily reports
·  Process claims

About you:

A successful candidate will be proficient in excel with clear verbal & written communication skills. A good level of autonomy in Prioritisation and Time management will be valued.

·  MS Suite & computer literacy a must.
·  Order to Cash SAP experience is desirable.
·  Some experience in Customer Service or admin experience desirable (FMCG preferred).
·  Someone with a natural curiosity to learn and develop is important.
