ABOUT THE JOB

Nutricia at Home is our dedicated home program, supporting people transitioning from hospital to home. In this role, it will be your responsibility to manage the order & registration process within our Homecare team. Key to this role is the provision of a great service to our customers.

In this role, it will be your responsibility to provide a great service to our customers, whether they are patients; medical professionals within hospitals and clinics; or facilities managers. You will receive orders via phone, email and fax.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

·  Provide an empathetic and warm customer service experience to all our customers
·  Follow up on all customer queries & process orders, via, phone, fax & email
·  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
·  Maintain accurate and up to date internal records

ABOUT YOU

We need you to be compassionate and patient with our sometimes distressed customers and be confident to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Ideally you will have:

·  Experience in a customer service/call centre environment
·  Background in health or science (preferably experience in health industry)
·  Demonstrated capability to provide an exceptional customer care experience in a service environment
·  Demonstrated experience in delivering conflict skills and resolution
·  Ability to work as part of a cohesive team as well as individually
·  Ability to deal sensitively with customers' demands in a fast-paced environment
