About the job

Contribute to the achievement of the commercial objectives by developing and tracking key performance indicator which is critical to enhance the understanding of the business and improve decision making.

Business context:

Volatile and increasingly challenging business environment covering Lebanon, Syria and Jordan (economy, market development & competition, regulatory constraints)

• Create reporting tools and templates

• Ability to manage different stakeholders with different reporting needs

Objectives of the role:

• Monitor country performance

• Generate monthly reports and analysis

• Monitor Market Share, Market stock levels, Prices

• Follow up on secondary commercial project - data integration and analysis

• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report commercial data by brand, by product, by region, by channel, by key account

• Analyse trade activities performance return on business

• Conduct quantitative commercial trend analyses, cannibalization

• Create both standardized and custom reports depending on stakeholder's need

• Evaluate commercial performance based on forecast while taking into consideration activities.

• Keep cluster reports up to date at all time

• Spend at least 30% of time in the market

• Coordinate with distributors and merchandising team

• Support Head of Commercial and management team with requests for commercial related reporting

About you
To be successful in the role, you should ideally have:

·  Languages:

Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus

·  Education:

Degree in Business administration - Economics or related fields

·  Experience / knowledge:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a multinational FMCG

·  Excellent M.S Skills ( Excel - PowerPoint)
