The Food Law Counsel, Plant-based Category provides support to the Global and local teams of the Plant-Based Category and Country Business Units ( CBU ) (GS&C, R&I, C&P, Local regulatory & legal counsels...) by providing advice and monitoring new product developments, food advertising and labelling of our products.

We are looking for a Danoneur to join ourteam!

This CDD will take place inGif Sur Yvette (plateau de Saclay), inourglobal Research & Innovation center, as of May 2024 for a fixed period of 9 months . 

Your main responsibilitieswill focus on:  

·  Ensure compliance status in all segments of the food chain. Regulatory clearance upstream:
·  Being the Regulatory affairs single point of contact in New and Renovation Product Developments (NPD/NPI) for the To DRINK Portfolio including coordination with regulatory network for multi-CBUs projects
·  Being partner of the Plant-Base Category/CBUs to guarantee the regulatory compliance.
·  Advise and monitor Food advertising and labelling issues:
·  Working on the elaboration of communication related to NPD with the marketing teams of the Plant-Base Category
·  Validating from a legal and Regulatory point of view the communications on health benefits and nutritional properties of our products
·  Accompany and provide support to the CBUs for the management of any legal issue/challenge resulting from the communication/labelling or presentation of our products.
·  Diffusion of Food Law Policy and g uidelines of Danone
·  Local teams
·  Provide Training to our internal clients
·  Ensure internal reporting and feedback

About you

·  With a Master’s degree in law, you have 3-6 years of legal experience , preferably in Food law or regulatory affairs
·  You show strong communications skills and ability to impact.
·  You develop clear and effective recommendations and cross-functional effectiveness.
·  You are able to develop your internal network to achieve the team’s mission and communicate easily with teams without legal background.
·  You pay attention to detail and are accurate
·  You are fluent in English . French is a plus.
