Danone Nutricia Africa & Overseas (DNA&O) is looking for an Human Resources Advisor.

This position is located in Villefranche/Saône & may imply travels.
The HR Advisor is a generalist role, granting you exposure to the whole HR span of control within a Business Unit. You report to our HRBP.

Missions :
Working closely with the HR team to ensure and implement the operational delivery of our organisation and people strategy, you will be the key interlocutor for team leaders & Danoners, especially in: Sourcing - Talent acquisition - Career Development.

Contributing to the recruitment & onboarding of the training and temporary contract positions
Onboarding of our new comers & participation to the creation of the DNAO onboarding.
Supporting the annual campaigns (performance review, talent review, ASR).

Learning & Development
Support to the learning & development campaign, in the mindset of one learning a day
Maximizing learning-on-the-job occasion
Provide support to all our geographies

HR analytics & HR projects
Participate to HR Analytics to enrich our analysis
Be an actor of employees engagement in the Limonest project
Participate to the global onboarding DNAO with all countries
To a lesser extent, you will be involved in Africa Transformation projects.
This assignment requires to connect, understand and influence different stakeholders in France & in our geographies in Africa.

Profile :
Education: You are business oriented person with a natural interest in the different processes of an organization , with a background in Business Administration, Economy, Human Resources or related studies.
Experience: As the ideal candidate, you have a minimum of 1 robust year of experience in HR in other FMCG, you are able to articulate and demonstrate your strong passion for Human Resources.
Language: You are perfectly fluent in English and French.
