About the job

Our Shopper Marketing Team at Danone Foods plays a vital role in ensuring the company's continued growth by collaborating cross-functionally to execute and analyze shopper marketing programs. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Associate Manager to join our team, focusing on the Regionals (West) and Natural Channel. This role is open to candidates in Broomfield, CO, or those interested in remote work.

 

In this dynamic role, you will:

·  Develop and execute shopper marketing programs tailored for priority Regional West customers and Natural Channel, collaborating with sales leads and brand teams.
·  Leverage national brand activation plans to create customer-specific programs aligned with brand positioning.
·  Collaborate with internal and agency teams to develop creative solutions based on insights.
·  Track and ensure the timely and budget-aligned execution of programs.
·  Manage vendor and third-party relationships impacting shopper programs.
·  Develop customer-facing materials to support sales teams and collaboration meetings.
·  Coordinate themed events with third parties when appropriate.

·  Interact with customer marketing organizations to co-develop plans that drive shopper conversion.

You will also:

·  Drive growth opportunities through insights and analysis of program performance.
·  Perform pre- and post-promo evaluations to understand the effectiveness of shopper marketing events.
·  Provide reports to influence future shopper marketing investment decisions and share success stories and learnings with the organization.

Additionally, you will:

·  Perform administrative tasks with excellence to bring shopper marketing initiatives to life.
·  Obtain creative approvals from brand and legal teams.
·  Manage and track budgets in the company trade management system.
·  Collaborate with sales planning and finance on financial close deadlines.

· 

About you

·  A 4-year college degree in Business or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
·  3-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, and/or experience on the Natural Channel.
·  Experience in agency, brand, or shopper marketing.
·  The ability to read and interpret consumer and shopper research.
·  Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
·  Excellent planning and organizational skills, coupled with superior communication skills (written and verbal).
·  Strong attention to detail.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-105,000   commensurate with experience.
