Tasks

- PDI management : Sets PDI Capacity up on a monthly basis depending on the supply and sales targets, Coordinates and commnicates daily PDI operations, Arranges advanced PDI works for the smooth market introduction, Follows-up on the other PDI-related issues
- Customs clearance : Plans and conducts vehicles' customs clearance on a daily basis, Manages stock level of cleared units, Generates all the customs clearance status reports
- Shipping monitoring : Checks the stock level and communicates with HQ for the flexible shipments, Creates inbound/outbound reports and updates the vehicle status via SAP(ERP system), Communicates with VPC regarding storage plan by monitoring stock level
- RCTS(Risk Control Tracking System): Designs the controls and evaluates reguraly RCTS activites and updates via the system
- AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) : Regularly evaluates and updates the report to the AEO website, Communicates with the relevant teams to control the corporate systems work properly and documented

Qualifications

Education: 4 year University

Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of job experience

Required Knowledge/skill and competency:
Car industry knowledge preferred
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Ability to communicate clearly in English & Korean both in verbal & written form
Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, mature and team player
Excellent MS office including MS project
