Job description

Tasks

- As part of the sales & marketing team you will be responsible for sales management of telematics services for fleet & business customers in Western Europe
- You will develop a sales strategy for large commercial accounts in Europe and define target customers & penetration strategies by market segment
- You will track the farming activities for existing customers and framework contract customers
- You will support KAMs in local Mercedes-Benz sales entities (=MPC) regarding new customer acquisition
- Your will act as a product genius for connectivity services across Europe from the acquisition phase until the successful implementation of a pilot project with the respective customers
- As part of your role you will as well represent the company at national & international fleet events and trade fairs
- In coordination with MPCs and retailers your will design framework agreements and service contracts and participate in tenders from major customers

Qualifications

- You have successfully completed your studies with a university or comparable academic degree in business administration, IT or comparable field of study, preferably with an international Focus
- You have several years of relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in key account management, area of sales management or similar activities in an international context. Ideally, you already have experience in telematics, the fleet business or the automotive industry
- You have a comprehensive understanding of vehicles and IT services
- You have fluent business German and English skills (spoken and written), knowledge of Spanish or French of advantage
- You are a highly methodical and analytical thinking individual who shows comprehension, communication skills and customer-orientation across cultural boundaries
- For you, travelling within Europe is welcome and not a burden
- You are passionate about the subjects connected car/ digital services/ automotive app/ telematics

This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time)

Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH is a digital & vehicle connectivity services provider, responsible for product development, operations and sales & marketing for commercial connectivity and fleet telematics services. The company addresses fleet manager and operators as well as corporate customers ranging from small businesses to large commercial accounts, who make use of the innovative services to optimize their processes and cost structures.
