Job description
Tasks
1. Training
- Conduct training demands in the year-end
- Develop training plan for the next year
- Consult training program development with training vendors
- Coordinate corporate trainings and provide training report to HRBPs
- Analyze training needs/feedback and implement in the plan for improvement with vendor
2. Recruiting
- Execute recruiting process including internal posting, external searching, internal referral
- Communicate with recruiting vendors and capture recruiting demands from hiring manager
- Deliver interview feedback to the agency
- Follow up recruiting process as a process owner and provide recruiting status report to HRBPs
- Conduct recruiting agency evaluation
- Contribute to eRecruiting project as a recruiter role
- Coordinate Taleo system enhancement
- CV Documentation and candidate pool management
3. Organisation Development
- Provide support to the new joiners and facilitate on-boarding program
- Coordinate Daimler Record line, Experience Daimler, and Daimler Navigation (on-boarding tool)
4. HR Projects
- Involve/support in HR projects
- Participate in ad-hoc assignment based on global or local needs
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in Business, HRM or Psychology preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR (preferably in talent acquisition & Learning)
Required Knowledge/skill and competency:
- Organization & coordination skills
- Drive for results
- Customer Service mindset
- Effective communication skill
- Proven written & conversational English
- MS Office
