Main objective / Context
Within the Group FP&A department, the analyst will mainly participate on Global Headquarters financial
control but also participate on Worldwide analysis. On Global Headquarters Finance scope, the analyst
will provide a real support to the team by providing analysis of Global HQ Functions performance and
cost control analysis. To do so, she/he will insure a good communication with the Functions owners
and will prepare solid analysis to improve the quality of data. The analyst will participate to the budget
process through his/her implication on data gathering, loading steps, analysis and communication of the results.
Main responsibilities & duties
Global HQ FP&A
* Monthly closings for Global Headquarters scope
* Quarterly forecast per Function
* Performance analysis against budget and communication of monthly reports to several Functions
* Ad-hoc analysis and cost control
* Budget process
Group Financial Planning and Analysis
* Prepare analysis required for 2016 CWT group budget
* Analysis on Traffic and Transactions by Region
* Tracking of budget restatements
* Capex (capital expenditures 2016 budget)
* Working capital focus
* Group KPI

Profil recherché
* French
* Fluent in English (written & oral)
* Good communication skills (written & oral)
* Office knowledge – Word/PowerPoint
* Strong knowledge of Excel is mandatory
* Essbase and HFM knowledge would be a real asset
* Financial analysis and analytical skills
* Strong organizational skills Resistance to pressure
* Rigor and attention to details
* Master in preparation with a Financial specialization
* First experience in Finance
