Client Services Manager, Multinational Program Man

Job description

As a Client Services Manager (CSM) your role is to manage a large portfolio of Multinational clients who require light coordination and basic client deliverables. Your approach and client relationship management will allow you to help your client grow and further develop the relationship and client deliverables based on the opportunities.

The CSM works with CWT's Multinational clients, both EMEA and Americas HDQ. You will be part of a dynamic team of MNPMs consisting of highly driven, goal orientated individuals, who have a track record in developing and managing client programs across EMEA and the globe. You will report directly to the Senior Manager.

Your main responsibilities and duties are:

* Participate in the Implementation Project
* Ensure the coordination of the clients' program across the markets covered by the contract
* Monitor contractual client SLA
* Monitor Online performance
* Set up standard reporting
* Lead client update calls
* Crisis management
* Identify and implement best practices
* Identify upselling opportunities on additional MNPM recovery and sell to the client
* Identify growth opportunities by upselling additional countries and CWT products and services to the client portfolio
* Identify additional revenue streams for CWT
* Demonstrate the overall benefit of partnering with CWT
* Contract management
* Ensure our core deliverables are in line with contractual obligations
* You will have a large portfolio of clients and must be able to prioritise your workload based on the urgency of the request

Desired profile

You are fluent in English both written as well as verbal with an additional European language being beneficial
* You will have analytical skills along with excellent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent time management skills - including ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
* Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
* A positive and determined approach and ability to use own initiative
* Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks}
