As part of our development, we are seeking for our French sales organization, located in Villepinte (Paris) a Demand Planner. Demand Planner(m/f) Part of the Demand planning team, and working in a solid line with the Demand Planning Manager you will have an important role in the continuously changing, seasonal and non-seasonal supply chain environment of the Keter group. You will then be responsible for: Ensuring the maximum quality of the consensus demand plan by executing a high-quality demand planning process resulting in a translation of the business needs into a validated demand plan; Ensuring successful customer promotion and contract execution through effective planning, leverage of key customers event inputs and coordination with supply chain and operations; Ensuring alignment between the market demand plans and the financial forecast by owning and driving the S&OP process. Missions: Establish robust demand forecasts by using relevant statistical tools and actively collecting and using market and sales information to enrich the forecast; Cooperate with sales, marketing, and customer operations to deliver accurate demand plans; Review incoming promotions and contracts: advise on availability and timing and decide on forecast changes. Take all necessary actions required for successful execution; Detect and analyse gaps between demand plan and financial forecast. Initiate actions for gap closure; Organize and prepare monthly S&OP demand review, define and follow up on action plans; Analyse MAPE & bias results and improve forecast quality through root cause analysis and defining and executing corrective actions on underperformers; Set up, maintain and execute action plans for reduction of E Set up, maintain and execute action plans for product portfolio rationalization. Profile: After your higher education (Bac +4 / 5) Business School / University in Supply Chain and/or Business Administration, you have a proven track record in a similar scheduling/forecast/planning experience (at least 3 years). You are an advanced user of SAP (APO) You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar scheduling/forecast/planning experience; Bilingual in English and French Developed spirit of synthesis and analysis Entrepreneurial and people-oriented mind-set; Working Conditions: Start as soon as possible Indefinite contract A leading company in household resin products A multicultural work environment in a Group with international scope.
