About the role:

As Sales Compensation Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and delivering quota planning process and calculating global achievements, including administering sales compensation software, designing controls and compensation workflows.

In this role, you are in the Central Sales Operations team and you will team with Finance, HR, Sales Operations in regions and Sales Leadership to oversee the execution of incentive payouts across the company.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

·  Ensure Sales compensation strategy aligns with corporate strategy and financial objectives at global level.

Analytics

·  Drive the implementation and delivery of Sales Compensation analytics to enable fact-based decision making.
·  Build a structured data repository to analyze achievement vs targets (by geo, components, role, time etc)
·  Proactively analyze and report on trends and key findings related to sales planning and compensation.
·  Provide quarterly payout analysis
·  Build and maintain individual performance dashboards.

Operations

·  Lead the overall planning, design process and administration of the sales incentive compensation plan
·  Communicate global guidelines, rules and processes
·  Implement controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
·  Calculate quarterly achievements to Sales & Operations teams (1200 p) based on compensation plan mechanics
·  Accountable for Sales Ops Global governing docs (Policy..) maintenance, for the compliance of the different processes and tools
·  Design and drive appeal process
·  Manage and monitor forecasted achievements for accruals

Project

·  Design and implement an incentive management tool in collaboration with Sales Operations and Internal IT
·  Administrate the incentive management tool (build models, release new features)

Requirements:

·  More than 3 years of experience in working with complex compensation plans
·  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
·  Advanced Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel skills
·  Advanced analytical skills to manipulate large volume of data and develop trends, conclusions and reports
·  Excellent communication skills; ability to work with Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Leadership and Sales Operations, as well as individual Salespeople and Account Managers
·  Extreme attention to detail; ability to own large compensation payouts with confidence and 100% accuracy
·  Great organizational skills; ability to manage several work streams and projects at once
