What part will you play?

As a technical in-house recruiter, you will seek out and recruit the best technical candidates from around the world to join a growing team of Machine Learning and Big Data experts at out headquarters in Paris.  Ensuring the the best candidate experience with an eye for constantly improving the process for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

What will you be doing?

·  Sourcing diverse talent pools
·  Choosing appropriate venues (websites, direct sourcing, research, etc) to source candidates, the more innovative the better!
·  Screening applicants
·  Preparing candidates for on-site interviews
·  Overseeing the entire process to ensure positive candidate experience and strong relationships
·  Keeping current with new sourcing techniques, external market trends and serving as resource for areas of specialty in recruiting
·  Understanding the best ways to find qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates, and networking opportunities
·  Utilising new tools and talent ppols wherever possible, you can help us source the best passive candidates.
·  Keeping up to date on market activities by reading industry press, attending job fairs, professional conferences. Always bringing knowledge back to Department and translating learning's into competitive advantage for Criteo - we're a knowledge sharing environment and the team run workshops to share tips, tricks and best practices.
·  A love of metrics and providing regular reports...ok a tolerance!
What do we require from you?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·  4-5 years in recruiting Engineers and Developers.
·  International experience - You find the best wherever they are!
·  Good knowledge of the web/digital industry - Are you just a little geeky? Have a passion for technology?
·  Communication with Influence - Are you able to tailor our message and know what makes it attractive to each and every individual?
