Childcare vouchers Cycle to work Season Ticket LoanGym Flex - Health Club Memberships discount Check out a day in the life at Criteo!Mission:- Drive the buying strategy overall for Criteo and support markets to implement:Spending time in-market to understand needs and opportunities and develop plan for markets accordinglyDrive strategy for specific publishers, such asIntegration / setup, optimizationsEnsure all accessible inventory (desktop, mobile, InApp) is accessed optimallyMeeting Publishers as appropriate to drive Criteo high level objectivesTraining, pushing and monitoring rollout of new products / features (e.g. Native, Publisher Tag...)Making sure markets are properly trained on all existing Criteo products / features. Specifically ensuring training and expertise on:RTBMobileNativeAdBlockingliPrimary point of contact for reactive support of local marketsManage specific Supply related global projects:- Working with relevant internal business owners (Product / BI / Sales / Engine etc). Examples of these are below, but will continue to evolve to meet the business’ needs:Drive and roll out product enhancements where necessary (Native, Adblocking, Publisher Tag, RTA V 3)Inventory Quality: Defining process’ / working with 3rdparty vendorsMarketing for BD: Develop and maintain external sales materialsBuild alternative deal structuresReporting: structure and build reporting templatesSRMDevelop and drive finance process’Training; understand and meet on boarding and continued training needsProfile: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar area of study3+ years in Display advertising / Digital Media (Up-selling, Media Buying, Ad Operations, and/or Account Management…)Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem including, RTB auctions, header bidding, native advertising, as well as the challenges digital publishers faceStrong Analytical and problem solving abilities – flexible persistenceWell versed in market-specific conditions, technologies and trendsStrong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into business strategiesAbility to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentFluent in English (oral and written)Criteo, the global leader in scalable personalized retargeting solutions, is growing their U.S. Operation and looking for aggressive and motivated professionals with varying levels of experience to be an integral part of our continued success.
