- Drive the buying strategy overall for Criteo and support markets to implement:

·  Spending time in-market to understand needs and opportunities and develop plan for markets accordingly
·  Drive strategy for specific publishers, such as
·  Integration / setup, optimizations
·  Ensure all accessible inventory (desktop, mobile, InApp) is accessed optimally
·  Meeting Publishers as appropriate to drive Criteo high level objectives
·  Training, pushing and monitoring rollout of new products / features (e.g. Native, Publisher Tag...)
·  Making sure markets are properly trained on all existing Criteo products / features. Specifically ensuring training and expertise on:
·  RTB
·  Mobile
·  Native
·  AdBlocking
• ·  Primary point of contact for reactive support of local markets

Manage specific Supply related global projects:

- Working with relevant internal business owners (Product / BI / Sales / Engine etc). Examples of these are below, but will continue to evolve to meet the business' needs:

·  Drive and roll out product enhancements where necessary (Native, Adblocking, Publisher Tag, RTA V 3)
·  Inventory Quality: Defining process' / working with 3 rd party vendors
·  Marketing for BD: Develop and maintain external sales materials
·  Build alternative deal structures
·  Reporting: structure and build reporting templates
·  SRM
·  Develop and drive finance process'
·  Training; understand and meet on boarding and continued training needs


·  A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar area of study
·  3+ years in Display advertising / Digital Media (Up-selling, Media Buying, Ad Operations, and/or Account Management…)
·  Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem including, RTB auctions, header bidding, native advertising, as well as the challenges digital publishers face
·  Strong Analytical and problem solving abilities – flexible persistence
·  Well versed in market-specific conditions, technologies and trends
·  Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
·  Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into business strategies
·  Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
·  Fluent in English (oral and written)
