Overview
Reporting to Head of Training Sales & Operations, based in Paris, your role will be to help support the Training Team and Central S&O teams.

Responsibilities:

· Supporting the operational rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS)
· Analyzing Knowledge Assessment results (Quizzes for AS/Sales and Ops teams)
· Creating and analyzing quizzes and surveys
· Revamping / maintaining the Training Intranet page, training programs and all associated material up to date
· Monitoring monthly and weekly reports, across our different regions
· Helping on Training collateral updates / main localization needs
· Supporting the day to day tasks and requests coming to the Training Team

Requirements:

· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent spoken and written English (fluent ideally)
· Proactivity is strongly encouraged on a day to day basis
· Capable of working autonomously
· Ability to be flexible, to work fast and to adapt to a fast moving environment
· Analytics skills (comfortable with Excel / reporting tools)
· Knowledge of the industry is a plus
