As a part of a dynamic and inter-disciplinary Legal Team, participation on all legal aspects relating to Company activities in France and abroad.

Your internship will cover both corporate and commercial matters; including the following tasks:

- Assistance in the preparation of the Company’s corporate governance (including meetings and minutes of the same), as well as assistance in subsidiary maintenance tasks;

- Participation of the legal transactions to be entered by the group companies; - research and memos on legal issues;

- Review and negotiation of commercial contracts;

- More generally, creation and maintenance of weekly reports to the Legal Team on all developments (regulatory, case law, market practice, etc.) in commercial and corporate law .

Desired Skills and Experience

- Graduate degree in business law with a “Master 2” preparing admission to the bar with extensive knowledge of corporate and contract laws.

- Special interest in adtech and performance marketing, as well as the technology sector in general.

- Significant internship experience with a law-firm or an in-house legal department. - - Strong organizational abilities and analytical rigor; and able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.

- Open-minded, easy to work with, positive attitude and team spirit required. Fluency in English mandatory.
