Description de l'offre

6 Month Internship: Internal Events: Paris

WHAT’S THE DEAL?

We have an exciting intern opportunity based in Paris in our Internal Communications and Events team where you will have the opportunity to be part of the end-to-end delivery of internal events and internal communication projects. There will be no time to be bored – here are just some of the things we’d like you get involved in:

·  Event management and logistics: this role will primarily be supporting the Internal Events team in Paris. The internal Events team is responsible for around 20 All Hands meeting a year (the whole company getting together online to share news), 2 Hackathon events per year (around 20 countries and nearly 500 people to organize) and a Global Summit (all Criteos in one place at one time at one awesome event). And then there’s the events we haven’t even thought of yet! You’ll be supporting the team, learning about how events work from start to finish, how we measure their success and how we continually come up with new ideas to make them even better.
·  Support regular communications to the business : an event doesn’t work if people don’t know about it, so you will support the advertising of the events, making sure we use the right communications channels and share news of other people’s events too.
·  And just so you don’t get bored: support the team by working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers/agencies to make sure we keep things exciting, fun and engaging for the business - that’s everything from designing posters, writing emails, community management, sponsored events, sports activities, content creation, advertising … phew … and more!
