Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Deliverability Manager to reinforce our Deliverability Team. Based in Paris, the Deliverability Manager will provide Deliverability support and will manage our IP pools reputation and clients migrations internationally. The Deliverability Manager will also be actively involved on high-value ongoing projects. This opportunity is ideal to make the move to a dynamic role that combines technical, product, client-facing expertise and business knowledge in one of the most exciting companies in the industry.

Responsibilities:

·  Active monitoring of client activities on a daily basis
·  Provide Deliverability support for customers and their account strategist
·  Manage IP pools and IP reputation
·  Manage client’s migrations
·  Solve client’s problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools including monitoring, querying databases, troubleshooting, query API, etc.
·  Scripting of tools for task automatizations
·  Coordinate with team members in identifying, reporting, and resolving deliverability issues

Requirements:

·  3-4 years of professional experiences in Deliverability (a plus if at an ESP)
·  Has a good level of Technical proficiency. A good knowledge of Unix commands and SQL is required.
·  Comfortable with scripting languages (Perl, Python, shell scripts, etc.)
·  Excellent communication and project management skills
·  Must be hard working, team oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and an exceptional problem solver
·  Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
·  Is organized, methodical and accurate
·  Fluency in English is required
·  Experience on managing MTAs and Delivery Policies is a plus
·  Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems is a plus
