Your Team
The Data Analytics team at Criteo sits between the business and technology groups. Our business is built on a strongly quantitative culture, and our analysts are involved in setting the agenda and driving decisions across the organization. You’ll be given access to one of the world’s biggest datasets, and the computing power to exploit it. We’ll ask you to produce recommendations that can be clearly understood and quickly put into action.
Your mission
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to advance Criteo’s thought leadership, conduct competitive intelligence analysis and drive product roadmaps.
As a Market Study & Competition Data Analyst, you will sit in the Analytics team and bring high added-value to the Product organization and management. The position involves analyzing large data sets, creating a human and data intelligence and building centralized reporting tools to drive actionable insights. This is a global role with great exposure across different organizations and a great opportunity to impact the future of our solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Mining data and turn them into understandable and actionable insights
· Master our internal analytic datasets and reporting tools and create reports or dashboards to monitor the competition
· Feed reporting tools with external datasets to enrich the human and data intelligence
· Define and execute a stream of analysis and tests to highlight competition threat and inform decision making
· Publish whitepapers advancing Criteo’s thought leadership in performance marketing
Our expectations
· 2 years’ experience in an analytical role in Technology, Consulting or Finance
· A Bachelor degree or higher in a numerical subject or in management
· You are passionate about analytics, statistics and predictive approaches
· You are outgoing with good communication skills
· You are Fluent in English
· You have a demonstrated interest in internet and technology; you’ll probably have used databases or have some programming experience. Previous experience with big data tools such as Hadoop or R is a strong plus.
· You are versatile, self-driven, detail-oriented and hands-on
