Role:

As a software developer in the Operations Development team, your primary focus will be to build and support tools that aim at improving efficiency of our global Operations teams representing over 450 users. You will be at the cross-road between business users, R&D, Security, Infrastructure and Product teams, bringing technical and analytical insights on the roadmap of highly used internal platforms that help teams deploy the Criteo solution and analyze performance at a global scale.

You will be heavily involved in defining the new sets of features and will proactively suggest new ideas along the way to further enhance user experience. Creating and following KPIs to measure the impact and efficiency of your tools will also be a key objective.

As a member of the Central team, one of your key missions will be to promote innovation within local business teams and work with them to identify high-potential breakthrough approaches.

This is a cross expertise position that includes:

You have a strong sense of ownership and you know, for example, that downtime in the US is a highly critical issue that needs to be addressed to ensure the success your client’s integration platform.

You have a strong sense of communication which allows you to explain, for example, why your real-time business alerting system just told teams that performance decreased in Japan.

You are a technically savvy and you know how to communicate effectively to various stakeholders, be it an infrastructure engineer when discussing network connectivity or to a Sales manager when having to explain what a technical error implies for his client.

By working with Central Operations teams and business teams: you will have an immediate impact on more than 20 offices in the world. (So will your bugs, so you’ll be expected to be on top of those!)

You are a problem-solver and you rise up to challenges, especially tough ones.

You are pragmatic and you get stuff done! A problem partially solved today is better than a perfect solution next year. You won’t forget the long-term solution though, you’ll be sure to include that in your roadmap.
