In order to support the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company reputation – we are seeking for a talented, enthusiastic Business Intelligence Escalation Analyst.

About the team

The Business Escalation team is a key player in the global organization. It aims at handling most critical business issues with significant impact on our global economic performance or with material reputation risk. Its main responsibilities are : monitoring global KPIs alongside business management teams and implementing new global processes and tools to secure our financial performance.

This international team is the primary point of contact for global Sales and Operations teams and is represented by at least one team member in each region : APAC, EMEA, Americas to coordinate with local teams globally.

The role

As a member of the Business Escalation team (4 people worldwide), you will be based in our Paris office. As part of the EMEA entity of the team, you will report to the Global Business Escalation Manager.

We are looking for someone eager to participate actively in the development of this growing team where initiatives are encouraged.

Your missions will be to :

- Handle most critical incidents on a day to day basis

Define the right priorities to ensure a quick resolution and coordinate with various teams : R&D teams, Product teams, Sales & Operations

Communicate internally to top management and Sales & Operations teams

Size financial impacts and define non-reoccurrence plans

- Act as primary point of contact to interface EMEA Sales & Operations managers and Paris core teams (R&D, Product & Central teams)

- Participate in the development of new tools to help track business performance and ensure its safety

- Upgrade existing monitoring tools

Define the adequate processes and encourage their use

Ensure the technical good health of the systems

- Manage our on-call service from end to end

Drive the organization of our on-call engineers community (30+ contributors)

Participate in strategic decisions of the on-call future

Provide all necessary tools and trainings to our on-call community

Profil recherché

Requirements

- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent

- 3 years experienced in the Online services or related industry

- Fluent in English & French

- A good capacity to solve problems end to end

- Good analytics skills and technical skills in SQL

- Fast understanding and decision making when working on emergency situations

- Ability to synthetize complex and technical situations to a non-technical audience

- Technical skills in programming languages & strong web culture and knowledge are a plus

- An experience in an international context is a plus
