Responsibilities :

As Account receivable and Bank process accountant, you will be responsible and referent for the follow-up, documentation and support to scalability for the process related to Account receivable and bank positions. This includes, customer closing documents preparation (including reconciliation acts), banks (including currency control for international transactions), P&L review for all Account receivable (including advances) and cash based positions (including FX realized and unrealized difference).

Your role will require a coordination with account receivable, accounts payable team and with treasury department, based in Paris (English speakers).

You will report to the Finance manager which will define orientations for your tasks, define with you your bi-weekly agenda, and will review KPI's.

What will you be doing?

Daily recurring

Account receivable

·  Verification revenue masterdata file with SAP and signed contracts
·  Upload/posting revenue in 1 C
·  Preparation of closing documents for customers (act of acceptance, invoice-factures)
·  Preparation of correction documents based on the credit-notes issued by GSSC and other customer's requests
·  Prepare Proforma invoices for prepayment customers
·  Advance payments clearance
·  Reconciliation with customers on a quarterly basis and periodically

Bank

·  Initiation of routing payments for A/P, taxes, payroll, customer refunds and other payments.
·  Identification and booking all bank transactions from third parties, and automated payment runs
·  Upload / posting of bank statements in SAP and 1C on the daily basic.
·  Customer cash allocation in SAP and 1C on the daily basic
·  Customer cash clearance.
·  A/R Bank currency control in full scope.

Month end closing

·  Preparation of bank reconciliations;
·  A/R reconciliation SAP vs 1C
·  Preparation for all sox controls existing and to be created and related to account receivable and cash management.
·  Presentation of your results to the Finance manager/GSSC, in order to ensure completeness.

Scalability

·  Active support on optimization for customer closing documents preparation and cash management in SAP, in conjunction with IT, treasury, Account receivable and Accounts Payable team.

Statutory accounts

·  Ensuring all GAAP adjustments for positions related to A/R and banks;
·  Ensuring the proper documentation for Account receivable and cash related positions.

Relationship with audit

·  Support GSSC and local team with audit

Other ad-hoc projects / tasks

·  Inherent to the day to day activity of the entities concerned

What do we need?

·  Russian and international accounting qualification coupled with professional accounting experience of 3-5 years in an international environment
·  Previous experience ideally in an international audit firm
·  Keen on working in a fast paced international environment
·  Fluent in English and Russian
·  Very organized, detail orientated and autonomous
·  Get things done attitude with focus on results
·  A team player
·  1C obligatory knowledge (Russian accounting software system)
·  Strong excel skills, knowledge of SAP is a plus
