Job description

· An exciting challenge in the US cross-border compliance team in Stettbach/ ZH as a Compliance Officer in a dynamic and evolving environment
· An interesting role in which you provide day to day compliance support regarding US cross border policy and FATCA topics in Switzerland, and support US legal & compliance officers in international locations
· Assessment and evaluate risks through regular monitoring of existing US cross border policy related controls, and resolve any issues with business support units in a timely and effective manner
· Close collaboration with a wide range of international locations and departments within the Credit Suisse Group
· Work with other control functions within the Bank as appropriate (e.g. Cross Border, Client ID, FATCA , AEI, Business Support Units)
· Collaborate in projects and internal working groups and conduct internal trainings for bank employees

Desired profile

·  3+ years of experience in compliance or operational risk management in the financial services industry
·  Additional experience in regulatory affairs, risk management, audit or similar control functions is a plus
·  You communicate in English on a proficiency level; German skills are highly desired; other languages would be an asset
·  Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of risk factors with a focus on vigilance and critical issues
·  Attention to detail with a solution-oriented attitude
·  Ability to work efficiently and independently in a rapid changing environment as part of a motivated team
·  Strong digital literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Excel/ Word
·  Expertise in US cross border matters is a distinct plus
