Job description

Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) is a global organisation of over 5'000 staff aligned to the product suite that supports Information Technology infrastructure (e.g. mainframe, servers, connectivity, desktop, mobile, Lync, and voice). It encompasses support for all Credit Suisse IT infrastructure requirements.

Group CTO Chief Operating Officer (COO) team provides the leadership and operational processes necessary to deliver financial discipline and operating efficiency. It ensures that CTO has the proper operational policies, controls, and governance, administrative and reporting procedures, communications strategy, and human capital programs in place to effectively grow the organisation. It accomplishes this through a process-driven approach guided by the strategic objectives of Group CTO.

The Resource Management and Workforce Analyst is responsible for supporting regular business management activities like hiring and leavers process, resource forecasting, workforce strategy implementation, time reporting compliance, controlling of organizational entities and approval structures, as well as various workforce related initiatives. In this role she/he is working with the Business Delivery Lead for CTO Resource Management, the Relationship Managers responsible to cover service to our CTO departments, our reporting team and with various representatives from business units like Hiring Managers or departmental Business Managers.

The role involves:

· Collect, consolidate and analyze workforce and performance related data.
· Provide oversight and track execution of Resource and Performance Management initiatives.
· Management of the new joiners and leavers process.
· Update and maintain data in central Resource Forecaster tool.
· Track and provide reporting against key internal metrics such as title distribution, spend vs. rate card, internal mobility fill rates, aged requisitions, contractor tenure and location distribution.
· Manage time reporting compliance.
· Organizational entity and approval structures Controller Function.

·  Excellent attention to details.
·  Solid numeracy and analytical skills.
·  Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
·  Highly organised.
·  Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
·  Solid command of written and spoken English.
