· Reporting to the HDCS PdM Product Controller, the role has the following responsibilities
· Understand IT infrastructure related Hosting & Datacenter Services products like Datacenter, Compute, Storage, Database Platform and Web Platforms in both Cloud and Non-Cloud environments, also understand processes
· Identify optimization potential within the above mentioned product
· Identify optimization potential within processes like Financial Management, Inventory & License Management, Demand & Capacity Management and Lifecycle Management
· Identify optimization potential via automation of the above mentioned processes
· Prepare and present analysis results and solution options to relevant internal stakeholders
You Offer...
· At least Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or equivalent subject) from a top university
· Good knowledge of industry standards like ITIL
· Good knowledge of detailed business analysis and data modeling
· Multi-year experience within IT infrastructure related Product Management
· Organizational savvy to identify relevant stakeholders and establish a personal network within the own team and across organizational boundaries
· Good understanding of financial management concepts and familiar with the concept of TCO and Billing / Chargeback methodologies
· Solid verbal / written communication and presentation skills, being able to present topics as "story telling"; has an eye for detail and is able to summarise and pick out key points when required
· Very good skills in MS Office in particular in Excel and Powerpoint; ideally programming skills in VBScript / Visual Basic / MS Access DB / writing SQL Queries
· Experience with Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Service-as-a-Platform (SaaS) environments in both Cloud and Non-Cloud environments
· User experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, iAnalyze, or others)
· Analytical and structured working style
· Leadership capabilities
· High degree of self-motivation with a proactive approach
