Job description

· Successfully contributes to elements of a project engagement.
· Supports the interaction with clients at a working / detailed level.
· Gathers analysis into meaningful outcomes and prepares key engagement documents.
· Begin the development of results, observations and conclusions through efficient information analysis.
· Supports and assists the establishment and management of a control function of an entire project.
· Perform project management activities under supervision of low to moderate complexity.
· Assist / support the Project Manager in the preparation and maintenance of project management deliverables.
· Collect and monitor project metrics.
· Assist project managers with reporting and tracking.
· Apply project management standards and best practices throughout project lifecycle.
· Assists the Project Lead with the management of the engagement.

Desired profile

·  Good understanding of process management, process documentation tools e.g. iGraphx
·  Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
