Job description
· Production of the internal compliance MI metrics reporting (gathering, checking, analysing the data and then building data visualization in Tableau)
· Adapting the reporting with the latest changes on a continuous basis
· Collaboration with various international Stakeholders within the global compliance function
· Working together with the IT-Team to develop automation approaches
· Revamping the Compliance metrics landscape by introducing predictive metrics (KRI's) in addition to performance metrics (CPI's)
· Supporting the various Compliance groups as e.g., Financial Crime Compliance, Cross Border etc. in management information processes and identifying anomalies and risks
Desired profile
· PhD or Master degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
· Very good MS Office skills (especially practical Excel knowledge)
· Fluent in English (oral and written)
· Attention to details, methodical approach in data sourcing/ analysing and creative attitude in presenting the data
· Service oriented and reliable personality with project management capabilities
· Team work focused person with good interpersonal skills
· Motivated for professional develop
· Working in a cross functional team, strong communications skills; capable of discussing reporting needs, management measurements and reporting enhancement feedbacks.
· Identify required, discretionary, business and system updates, recommend approaches and solutions that could enhance and positively impact the MI report
· Actively participate in the preparation of special reports and other ad hoc reporting projects
· Flair for data, numbers and figures- also experience in data analysis in a different fields
· Programming skills in VBA, C, C++, Python, SQL will be an asset
· Data Visualization experience is highly preferred – especially Tableau and/or any other visualizing tool
· Knowledge of Database design, Data architectures and system automation experience
· Knowledge of statistics and analytics methods, statistic programming tools like (SAS, R) would be a plus
· Actively Participate in the preparation of special reports and other ad-hoc reporting projects
· Experience with reporting and KPI's and capacity of producing relevant documentation
