Job description
Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Division is looking for a talented individual to join our CCRO Digital Transformation Team in Wroclaw. You will become a member of a dynamic team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered. As Program Coordinator you will be responsible for a growing variety of tasks such as:
· Preparing minutes of governance meetings.
· Recording actions (including responsible person and due date) from governance meetings in Actions log using Jira.
· Ensure responsible people close their actions on time.
· Ensure all governance / portfolio meetings are scheduled with the appropriate business partners according to the meeting cadence.
· Ensure each meeting has an agenda by actively engaging meeting principles.
· Develop a forward looking calendar looking at the next 4 – 6 weeks, what deliverables are coming; what events are coming, etc.
· Create and manage a RAID Log in Jira and ensure that everyone in CCRO change, both business and IT, has access.
· Prepare and administer of Confluence space for posting meeting minutes and providing clarity to all decisions and actions.

· Extraordinary project management and time management skills.
· Meticulous organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Very good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
· Understanding of technology.
· Knowledge of Jira or willingness to learn it.
· Exact, with a fine eye for detail to ensure every I is dotted and every t is crossed.
· Tactical in order to execute on our strategy on a day-to-day basis.
· Flexibility with an ability to nimbly adjust to changes in plan or last-minute requests.
· Ability to stay focus on the task at hand in fast-paced environment.
