Job summary
Main responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and problem solve PC / Server related hardware, Printer and software issues and escalate support issues to 2nd level IT support or 3rd party vendors
- Perform IT helpdesk function by answering supports calls
- Follow-up on user purchase and services subscription request
- Internal video conference meeting setup and troubleshoot

Experience
• Hands-on experience on servers, Citrix, PC, Server related hardware, Printer, Thin Clients etc
• Good experience in MS OS and Office Suite
Required skills
• Good governance of processes
• Ability to adapt to changes in shortest possible time. Flexibility to alternate or backfill around all sites and work within a shift pattern work rotation.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong team player
Technical skills required
• Good knowledge of Lotus Notes
• Good knowledge of windows troubleshooting
• Proficient in identify issues efficiently and escalating to concerned teams
• Active Directory account management
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, RDP, WiFi, VPN)
• Perform and implement network security administration.
• Maintain and support IT equipment such as servers, PCs, printers, IP Phones.
• Perform capacity planning for servers, Pcs and other IT equipment.
• Ability to observe control environment / risk management & compliance guidelines
• Provide system support and perform, implement Security administration, Monitoring and Control.
