Job summary

1. BCP/DRP Coordination
‒ Plan and organize BCP/DRP exercises for the organization;
‒ Coordinate and manage annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA);
‒ Plan and organize BCM Steering Committee meetings;
‒ Etc.

2. User Profile Management
‒ Create/Modify/Delete User ID;
‒ Manage default applications request for new joiners / ISAP visitors;
‒ Conduct staff orientation for new joiner;
‒ Etc.

3. Documentation Management
‒ Manage and maintain ISAP Library (Policies, Procedures, templates, SLA, etc.)
‒ Manage and maintain ISAP Portals (ISAP Net, ISAP Portal and ISAP BCPalert Portal);
‒ Coordinate and collate ISAP Activity Reports;
‒ Etc.
