Missions

As Analyst on Debt Optimisation & Distribution department, you will joint CACIB New York.

Debt Optimisation & Distribution (DOD) is in charge, for Corporate and Financial Institution clients, of originating, structuring and arranging syndicated loans and MLT bilateral facilities. 
DOD is also in charge of underwriting and distributing on primary and secondary markets syndicated loans (Corporate, Financial Institutions, Telecom and SFI Structured Finance).

 Your main missions will be :  

Job Overview:
Assist DOD team members and management in the day-to-day operations of the department. Prepare presentation materials including marketing information and internal reporting documents as well as the maintenance and updating of various data bases utilizing financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities:
•  Assist in preparation of presentation materials including pitch books, information memorandum and lender’s presentation materials
•  Maintenance of databases and market comparables

•  Prepare financial analysis on companies including ratio analysis, comparables and projections
•  Preparation of internal reporting
•  Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly newsletters.
