CBI10 IT Operations management is the department in charge of the operational run of IT infrastructure and processes (Incidents, Change, Security, User rights, Quality Management) CBI10IT is also involved into projects related as well to infrastructure and processes. The audit and compliance role of the CBI10IT will also grow in the upcoming future.

Missions / Contents of the Job:

Collaboration with IT Projects, business departments  and other IT related internal and external parties
Support for the IT Audits
Support of internal and external audits and delivery of the desired evidences
Regular reporting to management
Coordination, support function and delivery of evidences within the whole IT departments for IT audits and compliance involvement.

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Academic qualification : Business school, University.

Speciality : IT, Compliance, Audits or other relevant experience

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

First experience in IT/audit/Compliance or in Finance/Bank industry is a plus.
Previous experience is also appreciated in project management/audit or compliance support.

Required skills

Hard Skills:
Able to understand complex processes and organization.
Able to deal with difficult situation and tight schedule in delivery of reports and audits
Knowledge of Business/ Banking and if possible basic IT infrastructure

Soft skills:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be also self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a minimum of supervision
Fluent verbal and written English, a base knowledge of the German language is desirable

Technical skills required

Good command of MS office
Basic knowledge on IT infrastructure
