CA Indosuez Finanziaria is a 100% subsidiary of CA Indosuez Switzerland SA and its main activity consists in providing investment solutions to institutional and private clients. In particular, CA Indosuez Finanziaria has significant know-how and experience in providing the following services to clients :

- individual and collective discretionary portfolio management,

- investment advice and

- order's receipt and transmission.

All such activites fall under FINMA's prudential superivision as CA Indosuez Finanziaria is authorized to operate as a manager of collective investement schemes under the LiCol Law.

In order to carry out its activity as portfolio manager and advisor, CA Indosuez Finanziaria relies on its own dedicated and qualified discretionary management and teams based in Lugano and, in some cases, on the assistance of some departments of CA Indosuez Switzerland SA.

 

The Investment Advisor (IA) advises a portfolio of customers who have signed an advisory mandate, drawing on his/her extensive knowledge of the markets and investment products. He/she considers the environment, i.e. the investor profile of his/her customers, the investment strategy of the Bank and the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract/mandate.

 

·         Pro-actively advise a portfolio of customers who have opted for an investment advisory mandate;

·         Prepare investment proposals and present them to customers and prospects;

·         Perform the daily monitoring of portfolios and positions on the markets;

·         Perform, enter and process transactions agreed to with customers;

·         Monitor the settlement of the transactions and, if necessary, follow them up them with any participant in the Bank or outside it;

·         Manage operational monitoring (transaction entry and processing, daily account monitoring, establishment of reports, etc.);

·         Contact the customer, at a frequency decided with him/her, to offer investment advice;

·         Monitor the financial markets (monitoring of trends in the financial markets, monitoring of positions recommended to customers, etc.);

·         Assist the Relationship Managers, at their request, during customer visits, to contribute his/her investment knowledge.

Master Degree in Finance or equivalent
