Missions

You will join Credit Agricole CIB New York as Human Ressources Assistant.

The role of the Human Ressources Department is to Plan, organize, implement and administer human resources policies and programs, covering such areas as recruitment & staffing, compensation & benefits, employee relations & communications, training & development, resources planning and personnel administration

Your main missions will:

You will assume a transversal role to assist Mobility, Project Management, Payroll & Benefits, and Human Resources Business Partner teams with projects including but not limited to the following:

• Assist Project Manager with the coordination and execution all operational functions across all facets of Human Resources 
• Assist with the analysis, reporting and interpretation of data analytics to identify trends relating to turnover, retention, employee satisfaction, etc.
• Digitalization of collected HR data (exit interviews, 6-month interviews, mobility wishes, etc.)
• Utilize employee experience surveys such as Survey Monkey to measure employee experience and satisfaction
• Reconciliation of benefits and payroll data
• Assist Project Manager with streamlining procedures relating to the time and attendance system, timesheet submission for interns, Employee Tracking System (ETS), etc.
•  Assist in the coordination & execution of HR plans/activities
• Assist with data collection for compensation trends and benchmark studies (McLagan, etc.)

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the US Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; financial security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of financial crime and fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
• Complete all mandatory compliance trainings

• Ongoing reporting and analytics
