Missions
You will join Credit Agricole CIB New York as Communication assistant within the Communication division (COM).
COM promotes worldwide Crédit Agricole CIB’s image and assists divisions in their commercial action either directly or as adviser and coordinator. It defines the Bank’s communication policy and the tools vis-à-vis all the external and internal targets of the Bank.
As a communication assistant, you will assist the Corporate Communication department in every aspect of communications:
- Handle the oversight of Americas' intranet and help keep Americas' country pages up to date
- Work on gathering and disseminating news for/on various internal and external newsletters
- Support branding: work with Paris Communications and business lines to create marketing materials compliant with the graphic charter; keep track of deadlines, and update actions plans
- Assist with organization of visits of Executives to the Americas region, and with the planning of major corporate and client events in our different countries
- Develop role of social media for communicating with market, client, etc.
- Manage the Client Gift Catalogue: ideas for gifts, work with vendors for samples and eventual orders, add items to Catalogue, work with Property & Corporate Services to fill orders, distribution, etc.
- Take care of all clerical work needed by the department: invoice payments, managing budget, reconciliation
