Job description

The Bank provides support to clients in large international markets through its network with a presence in major countries in Europe, America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Within Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Banking (CA CIB), you will join Admin/Procurement/Expense settlement department which is in charge of deploying transversal projects regionally. Admin is dealing with property & corporate services matters (e.g. premises, travels, couriers) and expense settlement (invoicing, accounting, etc.). A specific division with Admin is also dealing with regional projects, e.g. expense processing system implementation, procurement / cost optimization…Admin directly reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the Branch.
In the energizing and dynamic atmosphere of Corporate and Investment Banking in Hong Kong, you will assist in the implementation of key projects of the Bank (new invoicing system, procurements…). You will be responsible for some streams and coordination among our Asian entities (data consolidation, analysis, support…) and help to enhance current processes. This mission is requiring extensive communication with many departments of the Bank and other Asian branches, and great IT skills.
In this context, your main missions will be:
- Regional coordination of project streams from pre implementation to effective go live;
- Assisting in communication and following up with external vendors;
- Organizing workshops and trainings;
- Presentation, Minutes, procedures formalization;
- Communication and providing support Asian countries project coordinators;
- Producing key reports (usage statistics, KPIs…);
- Process review and enhancement.
