Poste et missions:
HR Department in Dubai compromises of two staff: Head of HR and Assistant Manager.
The HR department is responsible for recruitment, career management, training and development, succession planning, skills development and assessment, constructive employee relations management, compensation and benefits, SCR.
Your main mission will be:
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
- Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;
- Recruiting staff, which involves preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting etc..;
- Updating staff handbooks when needed;
- Help the assistant manager in the monthly payroll if needed;
- Familiarize self with different employment laws in UAE;
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- Assist Head of HR in developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
- Planning and sometimes delivering training
- including inductions for new staff;
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and Head HR.

Bac+5
Academic background : University, Business School.
Specialization: Human Resources.
A first experience worked in one or two areas in HR particularly in Talent management and development plans or some experience in TNA (Training Need Analysis).

Team spirit.
Technical skills required
Ms Office: advanced.
English: fluent.
