Cream is developing rapidly his network of consultants especially thanks to his growing portfolio of clients. For that reason, we are looking to recruit new consultants to strengthen our teams.
Our objective is to assemble the best talents so as to build multi-disciplinary teams supported by the expertise of our Practices.
What is the job all about?
As a Junior Consultant you will actively participate in the delivery of large scale projects and the continous improvement of business processes in our clients’ companies. Your focus will be customers’ satisfaction. Together, our goal is to help them transform their ideas into concrete and feasible projects. After having well understood business strategic issues, you will bridge the gap between strategy and operations by facilitating communication and cooperation between business and IT teams.
Thus, on the client side you could :
- Interview project’ stakeholders to precisely define their business needs
- Organize and animate workshops
- Analyze and model business or technical issues and propose solutions
- Coordinate different stakeholders involved on the project
- Participate to project follow-up: produce, prepare and present reports
- Propose new indicators to have a better view on project progress
- Provide project’s documentation
- Actively participate into spreading the Cream Culture
In parallel, we give you the chance to participate to Cream’s development and to be involved on internal projects.
What is Cream looking for?
- You have a Master or Engineering Degree (Engineer Degree, Master in Computer Sciences, Master in Business Engineering…)
- You have a strong interest in the Information Technologies field
- You are passionate about innovative solutions
- You are newly graduated or with a first professional experience
- Knowledge of analysis or project management tools and methodologies is an asset
- You are fluent in French and English
- You are willing to work with prestigious companies in a motivating environment
- You are able to quickly understand, analyse and synthetize a complex situation
- You have excellent relational and communicational skills
- You are eager to learn and willing to improve your skills
- You give importance to the human element, you have good interpersonal and listening skills
