Missions
CACIB’s Strategic Equity Transactions (SET) team focuses on tailor-made equity financing, equity stake management and treasury share solutions within the firm’s Global Investment Banking division.
SET works in conjunction with the bank’s Equity Capital Markets group, M&A team and coverage officers to assist a broad range of clients in addressing issues related to listed equities.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Research on clients, prospects and situations to generate ideas and identify potential opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of client pitches and other marketing materials
• Analyze corporate financial statements
• Support modeling, pricing, economic and credit analysis of potential transactions
• Assist with the preparation of internal approval memos
• Coordinate with New York and Paris based internal stakeholders (incl. SET trading and legal, Senior Bankers etc.) on certain projects
• Monitor existing transactions
