Cooper Standard has a plant of about 1 000 employees in Lindau located in Bavaria, Germany. We manufacture and develop seals for European manufacturers and especially German.
Poste et missions:
Purpose of job:
- Application engineer for lauch of new PLM (Product Live Management) systems in collaboration with program engineers and management.
- Technical contact person of Cooper PLM (Product Live Management) Core team
- Enhancement of existing PLM use
Description of tasks:
- Implementation Best practices and help program engineners in use of PLM PLM (Product Live Management) Windchill soffware
- Implementation / Responsibility of the documentation procedure
- Sponsorship / training of Program Engineers (Intermediate / Associate) and teamwork with them
- Meetings with Cooper PLM international core team
Additional remarks:
- Travelling on company business depending on the respective project phase (Germany, UK, Italy, France, Spain, Sweden)
- Annual trainings
- Bi-Annual appraisal interviews with the respective Engineering Manager with yearly goal definition, performance review and development plan
- Additional requirements for resident function:
- Working time in agreement with Cooper location
- Regular meeting with Manager in CS location
Profil:
- Dipl. Ing. or Bachelor/Master Engineering, Automotive Engineering
- Command of English
- MS Office Knowledge
- Good organizational skills and authority / Showing initiative
- Capability for Contacts and Cooperation / Capacity for teamwork
- 1-2 year experiences on associate level or similar experience
