Channel performance tracking
▪ Support Continental 360 degree retail monitoring of channel development and performance, make sure data analytics adds value and supports all functions of retail development.

Shop profile & data Management
▪ Support building retail data intelligence functions
▪ Support to cleanse relevant data/process/rule, to get clean and good raw data.
▪ Select qualify stores to receive internal/external support based on business objective (e.g. training needs, marketing promotion etc.)
▪ Retail databank mantainance & improvement (CRM & BI Report)

Store ROI evaluation
▪ Support creating easy to understand ­ easy to implement contracts, by level of shops and investment
▪ Work with BestDrive/controlling department, calculate and track ROI of every support package (initial investment + daily support)

Retai Concept Improvement
▪ Provide fact based analysis to drive continuous improvement of Conti shop concepts & policies
▪ Lead store auditing programs, to reflect real status and drive continuous improvement of retail stores(BestDrive)

Business intelligence
▪ Build smart report and dashboard to relavant end­users
▪ Initiate business analysis model to BI system to add value

Desired profile

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Management/Statistics
1 or ­2 years working experience in data analysis related field
Experience in cross-­functional project
