Job Description

Within Business Unit Body & Security, the PES is responsible for the achievement of the required functional safety process activities necessary for the system or lower level system under development.

 Management of functional safety activities within a project according to ISO26262 and Continental Internal Process.
 Creation of FSM documentation like TSC, safety req., FMEA, FTA, safety case, ...
 Tracking, coaching and supporting of safety activities regarding all necessary disciplines within the project (SYS, SW, HW, Q, PM, ...).
 Deriving the technical safety req. from the TSC for a dedicated product incl. consideration of customer req. and alignment with other disciplines (product scope are access systems, multi functionnal smartphone terminal...).
 Reporting of the safety status towards customer as well as internal project team incl. project manager.

Profil recherché

Job Requirements

 Education level: Master in engineering or similar.
 Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive product development.
 Experience in the area of ISO26262 within automotive business.
 Good technical know-how in the development field of HW or SW or SYS for complex automotive.
 Self-directed with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
 Team networker who likes to work in a multiculturalenvironment.
 English is a must, german language nice-to-have.
