Your main responsibilities will include:

·  Communication with the customer to correctly understand the task requirements

·  Performing the assigned tasks at the requested level of quality and time-frame, being able to handle customer’s feedback and proactively contribute to improve the quality of deliverables.

·  Creating handbooks with best practices from own projects

·  Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of all the data and documents related to the projects being developed in Actuators sub-segment projects.

·  SAP PDM (Product Data Management) database helps you to store and organize the information related to mechanical design, hardware and software, as well as customer and quality-related activities. Moreover, you will track and update the document versions and material revisions in the organized structures within PDM.

·  Responsible for the International Material Data System (IMDS) maintenance for the Exhaust Gas projects. IMDS is a database which stores and handles the information related to the material composition (up to the basic substance level) of the parts used in the design of the new automotive products. It functions both as a storage database for such material datasheets, and as an interface for the data transmission between customers and suppliers along the manufacturing chain.

·  Act as part of the world-wide team of specialists. The opportunity will enable you to use and expand your existing skills by sharing the knowledge with your colleagues. You have to be self motivated and dedicated and have a high degree of responsibility for the quality of your deliverables.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  College / University studies or relevant experience

·  Basic technical understanding

·  Very good English knowledge (German would be very welcome)

·  High communication skills

·  Good MS Office knowledge and skills

·  Knowledge of SAP (PDM module) (would be very welcome)

·  Well organized person (motivated to maintain order), attentive to details, rigorous, high accuracy and timelines
